[ Miss Kitty looks downright offended when she's set down and indignantly mewls at him, rubbing against his legs and then hopping up onto her back legs to paw at his pants. Excuse you, sir. I didn't give you permission to put me down!

Ashe gives the cat a dry look and rolls her eyes. ]

Exactly. Picked up Miss Kitty after a heist. She was just a lil thing then, stuck in a storm drain. That one up there-

That's Zorro. Kept followin' me around anytime I was in town, but he wouldn't let me touch 'em. Took some coaxin', but he finally let me pick 'em up. He was in pretty bad shape. He's doin' just fine, now. He don't take to new folks too well. I'd watch your hand there.

[ Zorro stretches and stands up on the top of the cabinets, eyeing him warily. Surprisingly, despite her words, he does sniff his hand, his ears twitching. He jumps down onto the countertop, and leans toward him, mewing and expecting to be pet. ]

Huh... Would'ya look at that. First time for everything, I guess.

[ She returns to her task, pulling a couple of coffee cups from an old hutch and shrugging when he thanks her. ]
