Reno leaned back against the chain-link fence and lazily let his legs sprawl out in front of him. No one ever came to the old construction site so it was the perfect place to get away and just chill. Much like some of the naive idiots he knew back in the school yard, the city had big plans and dreams of building something nice. Of course, when it inevitably ran out of money, that's when the project stopped too and was left abandoned since. Seemed to Reno it was more practical to just enjoy life now rather than burn out on disappointment.
"I mean, hell, I'd consider showing up to chem if they actually taught us somethin' good like how to make molly," he joked.

Well, that earned him a talking to, sure. She still can’t tell if his team knows he’s here, to be honest. But her worry is slightly overshadowed by her excitement. There was so much for him to see, on top of the Festival.
But tonight, they get some time to let loose and just be, at Beacon’s school dance. Lenalee’s been looking forward to it, perhaps the most of all the festivities and running around. Her artful blue cheongsam swishes around her legs as she leads her boyfriend arm-in-arm to the balcony for a break. ]
“Oh, fresh air... I didn’t realize how hot it gets on a dance floor.” [ She turns to Sun then, reaching for his hands to tug him closer. ] “Are you having fun, Sun?”

Klaus knew all too well about the fleetingness that was life. But that's what you get when you have the unfortunate ability to see and hear the dead. Shit, he was happy when his father finally let him go to an actual school for the first time. It was boring as fuck and he still had to train with his siblings, but it was probably the most stable thing he'd had in forever.
And that's where he met Reno.
Sure they skipped class more often than attending it, but it was nice to have a friend that shared his vices. Fuck that, it was nice to have a friend period. Not even his family put up with his shit most days.
Klaus was currently balancing on an unfinished cement wall, the jacket of his school uniform tied around his waist like a half-skirt and a joint tucked neatly between his lips.
"Hey, as long as some other brainy asshole can make it who the fuck needs to learn that shit?" He grinned, balancing on one foot before he jumped down, scattering some gravel. "In the meantime, I have a fun bag of mystery pills and...!" He skipped over to his school bag, pulling out a bottle of Jack Daniels. "This!"
[They have such good potential to hit so many of them. 1/3/6 is adorable and maybe can turn into some combo of 4/10/11/12/13. Neither are the type for a love confession but success/failure seems 50/50 chance haha]
Reno let his head fall back as he laughed. "Facts!" Why should he do the work? As long as he had the money, he could play. That was just good economics.
Economics was an academic thing, right? Right! He wasn't stupid.
He grinned widely at Klaus' declaration. "Fuck yeah! I knew I could count on you to bring the good shit!" He held out his hand for a chance at the bottle. Or a mystery pill. Really, whichever came first.

Baggie of brightly colored pills in one hand and Jack in the other, Klaus skips back over to his friend. Plopping his ass down right next to Reno, he put the bottle in the redhead's outstretched hand. With both hands free Klaus opened up the bag and tossed a pill in his mouth, crunching down on it with his teeth.
"You know I'll always hook you up." There had to be some benefit for his father's bullshit, the old man was too busy to realize his fourth kid liked to slip bills out of his wallet for drugs. The bottle he might miss, but Klaus would deal with that punishment later.
He tilts his head back, sighing and smiling as he could already feel the drugs working. "The pink ones are gooood," he leaned closer to Reno, enough for their shoulders to touch.

Dancing and just enjoying himself with her. But the fresh air was something the Faunus welcomed. He inhaled it once they were out in the open air. And he moved closer to her when she drew him in.
A warm smile crossed his lips as he brings a hand up and brushes back some of her hair.]

He plucked the joint casually out of Klaus' mouth, fingers briefly brushing against the other boy's lips as he did so, and took a long drag. "Pink ones, huh?" A bit of smoke curled out of his nostrils as he spoke before fully exhaling. "Pink one it is, then."
He offered the joint back before he took the baggie of pills, giving it a little shake to see where the colors fell. There really was quite a variety, he had to hand it to Klaus. A veritable rainbow of opportunity. Reno gave the bag another shake then began to shuffle and dig through it with his fingers for a pink pill like he was on the hunt for a pink Starburst (because they absolutely DID taste different). When he finally found one, he popped it in his mouth and crunched down on it the same way Klaus did -- then immediately grabbed for the Jack and threw it back for a swig.
"Blaaaaagh!" Reno shook his head vigorously and let his tongue hang out, flapping side to side. "Y'know, I'm sure they taste like shit purposely to keep people from gettin' high, but there is a serious flavor market for us poor fucks who just wanna get a hit."
Klaus couldn't tell if it was the pill he just crunched or something else, but that brief touch of Reno's fingers against his lips made them tingle. He touches them for a moment before stealing the Jack from Reno. Knocking it back he takes a large swig and swishes it around in his mouth like goddamn Listerine before swallowing.
"Ahhh, fuck that's good." Klaus took the joint back, letting his own fingers brush against the redhead's before popping it back between his lips. He watched Reno on his treasure hunt for the right pill, taking a few lazy drags as the drugs and whiskey began to make him feel amazingly numb and hyper-sensitive at the same time.
Klaus erupted into a fit of giggles as Reno's antics, holding the joint in one hand while the other wrapped around his stomach. "Shit dude, it's not that bad!" He sucked in a few breaths, wincing as breathing hurt for a moment.
"Now it sounds like you should'a went to that chemistry class," Klaus teased, leaning into the other teen more obviously now. Even Reno's grossed-out face looked good, and he was tempted to tell him that, but for now he just grinned and licked his lips.
"Not that bad? Are you shitting me right now, can you taste? Or did you pull a fast one on me an' just pop a Tic-Tac because you knew I'd look stupid?" Reno turned his head to face Klaus -- wow, face. Face very close, the way they were sitting, leaning into each other's sides.
Klaus had pretty eyes. Reno always thought so, but he never said it. He didn't want to make things weird. But this close and with the growing warmth spreading through him of what was turning out to be a very good pill indeed... Those eyes were gorgeous.
"Heh." Reno laughed softly, his big grin matching Klaus'. "You were right, though, the pink one does feel amazing."
"Hey hey hey, I taste just fine!" Klaus laughed, winking after Reno turned to look at him. He'd always been a hands-on, affectionate sort of guy. Though that might be what happens when you yearn for the touch of living, breathing people.
Also... Reno just felt comfortable. Attractively comfortable. ...So attractively comfortable he wouldn't mind at all being in his lap.
Klaus shivered, taking a longer drag off of his joint. Wondering if the warmth in his lap was from the drugs, booze, or Reno.
"Good, I'll have to request more of 'em next time." He moved a bit, relaxing more solidly against Reno, liking how their bodies fit together.
Gods, that wink could stop a heartbeat. Warmth seemed to spread from Klaus' body into his and a familiar growing euphoria was taking root in his chest. Everything felt good. The high felt good, the sun on his skin felt good, Klaus' body against his own felt good.
Everything. Felt. Good. And when everything felt good, why stop?
The way Klaus winked and pursed his lips for another drag on the joint made Reno grin and chuckle lightly. Once the other boy had taken it out of his mouth to exhale, Reno pinched it between his fingers again. Lay his hand over Klaus', as if to take another puff himself, but lingered there for a moment.
Then -- somewhat impulsively -- Reno leaned in to kiss his friend.
It wasn't unusual for them to pass a joint back and forth while on these sorts of 'outings', so Klaus didn't expect anything different. But when he turns his head towards his friend suddenly there are lips against his. Soft, warm, insanely attractive lips.
Well, like fuck was he going to let this opportunity fly by. He grabbed the front of Reno's shirt, pulling him closer as he pressed his lips more firmly against the redhead's. His mouth opening slightly to invite his friend's tongue in.
Fuck this felt so good. He was half in Reno's lap before he realized he'd even moved. His shorts already getting tight.
The kiss seemed to last forever. Maybe it was the pills, the way the high distorted time and could make a second feel like ages. It actually took Reno a moment to realize that he wasn't just lost in the sensation, Klaus was actually kissing him back. Relief amplified the soaring euphoria and the redhead hurriedly smashed the joint out into the dirt beside him to free up his hands.
Invitation eagerly accepted, Reno's tongue teased along Klaus' lips and darted past them to explore inside. He gripped Klaus' hips and pulled the other boy rather firmly the rest of the way into his lap. "Mm..."

He didn't know if it was the booze or just Reno's raw taste, but it made the curly-haired boy shudder. Klaus had fantasies about this, daydreams, but he never pushed anything with his best friend for fear of losing him. -Or even worse, being turned down.
