5. A night in. You had plans, cancel them or they got canceled, enjoy a night at home with your roommate/friends/etc.
6. Trying out a new recipe. You want to try your hand at something new, you need a new taste tester.
7. Wild Card. Make your own prompt about a home cooked meal.

[ Well, Pyra HAD had plans to go out for a nice walk with one of her friends, but something had come up and they had to cancel at the last minute. Which was more then fine, they weren't planning on doing anything more than just wander about, and this now gave her the opportunity to try a new recipe or two. So when Cú Chulainn returned/came out/woke up, whathaveyou, he would find Pyra in the kitchen, wearing an apron and studying a recipe book very intently. ]

[This time? He was wandering back from work, which was about usual for him even if his job always seemed to change depending on the day. Early in fact, so it must have been slow enough for business that he'd closed early.

Today had obviously been the flower shop because he always brings back an arrangement or two that are at the end of their lives, something wilting but pretty that can't be sold but still deserve a nice place to live out the rest of their lives on a table or in a window sill.

He doesn't expect Pyra to be home, she'd mentioned something about going out tonight, so he's a little surprised to find the kitchen occupied by his current roommate.]

Oh-ho! We're cooking? What's the occasion? [He announces his presence cheerfully, setting the vase of flowers and a bag of groceries down on the breakfast nook.
