[It was a stupid trap to fall into. There'd been a string of bombings conducted across Central City, and when a warning had come in to STAR Labs about another one, Barry had rushed over there without thinking, so confident that this time, he'd be fast enough to stop it.

Instead, he'd run directly into some kind of shock trap that had knocked him out cold, and the last thing he remembers is burly men dragging him into a van.

He wakes up in some underground storage facility, sat in a chair with his arms cuffed behind its back. He's been stripped down, left barefoot and shirtless (and unmasked, he realises) with only the pants of his suit left on, but someone's helpfully spray-painted his yellow lightning bolt logo onto his chest.

It's when he tries to escape that he realises he can't access his speed. Someone's injected him with the speed-dampening serum they developed, in a dose high enough to make him as slow as a regular human being.

He has about twenty minutes to think about this, before two brawny men enter, grabbing him up out of his chair and administering another dose of serum to keep his superspeed suppressed, before dragging him out into the storage facility's main area. There's a crowd of two dozen or more men cheering and roaring, but Barry's pretty sure wherever he's being dragged to, it's to meet their leader.]

[Tyler looked up from where he leaned casually against a large shelving unit to where the two men were dragging in their catch. He exhaled the smoke and smirked; this guy was much scrawnier than he had expected. Guess running does wonders for that.]

Shit. [He snickered as he came towards the light and the men dragged Barry into the “ring”.] I thought you might be, I dunno, bigger?
