"Such a smart lawyer." It's a compliment, really, it just sounds as if he's being a condescending ass. "Then I won't have to worry about my safety much longer. Very crafty." He picked up the piece of paper and skimmed over it before putting it down again.
"Oh, cheeky." Reynard put his hands on the chair's armrests and pulled himself up, suddenly crouching on the chair in a fluid motion that seemed as if it would require muscles in places humans don't have them. With his head tilted to the side, he just inspected Lindsey quietly for a moment. "Don't like my hair?"
Then he rose to his feet, not missing a beat in making his way towards Lindsey. He stopped in front of him, disregarding personal space or simply regarding Lindsey's personal space as, really, his personal space as he ran hand down the expensive tie the man was wearing. And, yes, those are nails ripping through some of the silken threads.
"A suit and tie like yours, huh?" His smile was just a bit too wide and his eyes shone when he put his foot up on the seat of Lindsey's chair, forcing his way between the man's legs. The grip on his tie tightened, wrapping it around his hand as he looked down at Lindsey. "Sure does look pretty on you, little lawyer." He mussed Lindsey's hair with his free hand and shrugged. "Not sure it's really my style."
