[ He appreciates the honesty, because for all his lying and all his distracting other people with flash and substance, Tony tends to be an oddly truthful person, if not in words and plain actions then at least in his reactions instead. This kind of intimacy? Nearly entirely made out of reactions, and so to be in such an honest, vulnerable state, while the other person involved is maintaining some sort of facade - that would suck, actually. He would really dislike that.

The dragging nails get her a soft hiss, because after messing with all those scars like that, tracing them - some are old, no feeling, and some have newer skin, more sensitive than the rest - his nerves are starting to overstimulate. That and he just appreciated the feeling, what it meant, coming from her.

But honestly it's that look of her, arching off and away from him, tight tight around him, inside and out, and the moan - that's the reward there, and he can't help but grin a little bit, because he does enjoy being able to do that to someone else. It's just better that it's her, because she never shows so much like that. The grin is still there, in the corners, as she comes back to him, toying with his lip, then smirking herself. ]
