Stiles doesn't have a lot of experience in this arena, admittedly, but this seems more violent than kissing is supposed to. But part of what he likes about Derek is his anger, because you can't like Derek without that.
He tenses under Derek's hands and mouth and reciprocates as best he can, but it's hard to navigate through it. He has an insane moment of wondering if all werewolves kiss this way before his brain shuts THAT up.
