stage i; none, streets are already blanketed in white.
stage ii; very light and intermittent.
stage iii; light - moderate. lasts longer periods.
stage iv; continuous, heavy snowfall.
stage v; the hardest of cores - blizzards, snowstorms, you name it.

scenarios;

① fuck the police, this is the best time for a walk. hope you've got a nice thick coat on.

② stranded in the buttcrack of nowheresville? weren't you watching the time? now you've gone and missed that last bus out of there. or maybe you're lost, somehow. what do?

③ literally chilling, in this weather, is quite easy to do. sitting around relaxing in it is a wee more difficult, but sometimes much more enjoyable, especially if shelter can be found. the snow is beautiful to watch, after all.

④ the weather's not going to stop you. your snow fort's packed full of ammo and ready to go. those aren't snow angels over there; they mark where the poor souls you've downed have fallen. be careful with that snowman's head!!

⑤ you're about fifty miles from civilization but there's a roof over your head, so never mind the chilly draught, right? right. you mightn't be the only one lucky enough to stumble upon this little shelter, though. remember to share the blanket.

⑥ everyone stuck outside should be jelly. you've got a fireplace and hot cocoa and damn if it isn't awesome. a heater's not quite so romantic, but it'd do. there'd better be a backup generator in case the power trips.

[ Sigyn ducks around the fat tree, giggling, magicking up another snowball. ]

[While the retaliation itself came as no surprise; how quickly Jason counterattacked, though, did. Piers shielded his face from getting clobbered just in the nick of time -- the snowball hit his forearm with an audible thunk, crumbling all over on impact. That nigh-bullseye wouldn't keep him from taunting, though.]

You're gonna have to do a whole lot better than that if that's the case.

[BT You son of a bitch. Locke lands heavily near Terra, spraying powder at her despite Edgar's best intentions of keeping her out of it. He swears, sits up, shakes snow out of his hair, and puts a hand on Terra's shoulder to get her attention.]

[ She giggled and quietly followed him. She waited for him to walk ahead of her a little before she took off her mittens and scooped up some snow. Then she threw it right at the back of his head.]

[ wither her snowball, she spins about to the other side of the tree as soon as she Vanelleope's shadow get close. ]

[Terra squeaks and holds up her hands to ward off the snow, but she isn't upset - in fact, she looks even happier now.]

[She watches Locke's movements, then nods as realization dawns.]

[The cold doesn't bother her much, as a rule, at least not in the sense that it can do much harm to her.

But it is something she's never really grown used to. Her native land, oh so long ago, was rarely beset by such weather. When snow begins to fall she seeks shelter rather than travel through and have to deal with it.

Half an hour later and looking out the window of the roadside inn she found, she thinks that decision may well have been very wise. The snow is still falling heavy and looks to keep doing so for a long while yet - finding shelter for more practical reasons, at this point, could only be considered wisdom.

Of course she couldn't be the only person to have this thought, and at that moment her head turns slightly when she hears the front door gust open with a creak, heralding a new arrival.]

The great depression hasn't made a huge impact on this guy's life, but it certainly influenced where he chose to do jobs. Coming to Japan, he expected to be staying in a bigger city, but it just so happened that his target was currently being housed in a rural village that was quite a distance away from the city.

Here, Claire meets Mozu; how is up to you. Whether she's his guide, a random waitress/geisha, or even a curious native, it all works.

He kills his target soon after, rushing the job since he had to make it to his bus. Which he unfortunately misses.

He is just going to stand at the stop for a while, contemplating his options. He hadn't even brought his luggage here, but at least he had quite a bit of money to spare.

He folds his arms, breathing a puff of air into the dark of the night. It sure is pretty out here, even if the lack of urban energy sucks...]
