I don't know. It's kind of weird, isn't it. This wasn't where I expected end up a year ago or even a few months ago, but it feels... amazing. And Rachel might not have as much experience as the rest of them, but she's the most talented person I have ever met and I think out of all them, she has the best shot at becoming something great.
