Vacation. Wow, she hadn't had vacation in... hell, she didn't even know. The fact that it was pack vacation made it better.

What she hadn't counted on was the gathering of a lot of packs in one area. As the Alpha's wife, it was her job, apparently, to mingle and make nice with the other packs.
