[ It started out innocently enough and, honestly, as far as Barnes is concerned it's always been innocent. He didn't show up at the gym at the same time as Steve to provoke him into anything, he wasn't even so much aware provoking could happen. He's just a fan of the company.

So he goes when Steve goes, and as Steve unleashes himself on a punching bag Bucky often runs on the treadmill across from him, soaking through a tank top in about half an hour. Sometimes Steve runs and he hits, sometimes it's squats, HIIT, sometimes it's bench pressing or deadlifts.

And then Barnes gets the wise idea of sparring. Come on, he'd pressed. Who the hell else can keep up with either of us?

Who besides maybe Natasha could give them a run for their money, and even then there's always holding back on the off chance that they accidentally move too hard and snap a bone or something. Nobody else is pumped full of serum, nobody else can keep up quite as much, and finally- god, finally- he'd snagged a yes.

Which his how they wind up on a matt, with Barnes shedding a soaked tank top because it's sticky with sweat and it holds him back in all the wrong places. He stretches on his side, rolling his shoulders, rolling his neck, flexing his back and preparing himself.

When they start, he can tell Steve goes easy. He can duck punches too quick, he can dip and dodge with a little wry smirk on his face, and- just to illustrate the point that Steve should loosen up- he grabs his wrist in a quick spin and pins him from the back, flush thigh to shoulders, back to chest, with Bucky's lips somewhere just over his ear. ]

[ it's been a long day. daisy johnson, agent of shield, has spent the better part of the last sixteen hours in and out of congressional hearings and depositions, discussing the addition of half a dozen inhuman agents to the avengers institute for further training and skill development. she's tired, not just physically but mentally as well, and all too happy to darken the doorway of her apartment now that the day has come to an end.

first things first: getting comfortable. the tailored lines of her plum jacket splay out atop the kitchen table, the now-wrinkled fabric of her crisp white blouse draped over the back of a chair, practical black heels kicked off just outside the entry to the kitchen. the skirt hangs on until she makes it into the bedroom, pooled on the floor by the dresser where daisy drops her jewelry in a small white dish. undressing is a lazy process, capped off by the casual shrugging on of someone else's soft grey t-shirt. it's big on her, but it's comfortable, and that's what matters.

of course, that someone just so happens to be the man currently asleep on the couch in the living room, head lolled back as the soft drone of the evening news plays out. hopefully he won't mind being woken up by the sensation of someone's weight settling over his lap, or their hand reaching up to brush through soft locks of dirty blond hair. ]

[ sure, keith has grown a bit since being in the quantum abyss, having aged at least two years. but even with his growth and his aging, some things remain the same. like how shiro's clothes are a bit big on him, not quite drowning him in fabric, but enough to cover him rather well. like now, as he parades around their place in nothing but one of shiro's shirts. it barely covers his ass, but gives a great view of his long, lean legs. the shirt is buttoned up part way, showing some of keith's muscular chest, and there's a smirk on his lips as he goes about making them lunch because he knows just the kind of affect the shirt will have on shiro.

who is currently working, which is why keith is making him lunch. he's due back at any moment and keith intends to play with him a bit when he arrives.

soon enough, the food is ready and set out on the table, but keith isn't eating. instead, he's propped up on the counter, legs dangling down as he waits for shiro to show up. ]

[ Keith is an extremely dangerous individual in many ways: a master Marmoran swordsman, an ace pilot, the leader of Voltron and Paladin of the Black Lion. Being an expert in wearing his boyfriend's clothes so that a simple shirt looks wildly pornographic is clearly also part of this impressive rosta because when Shiro arrives back at his cabin for lunch, he didn't expect to find it waiting for him.

Keith sits on the counter looking like a total snack. ]

Excuse me, sir, [ hand on a cocked hip as he sidles over, appreciating the playful scene before him, ] but I seem to have wandered aboard the wrong ship.

[ Sliding his hands up Keith's thighs to drag him closer to the edge of the counter (and more importantly Shiro), he smirks and gets into his personal space. ]

Is this the IGF-Legs-For-Days? Because it sure looks like it.
