[ Presenting himself half out of uniform already, with a near-empty pint in hand, Lieutenant Prior doesn't look all that formidable. He's average in appearance — near completely, although he'd never admit as much — and while doesn't particularly cut an intimidating figure compared to some, he's certainly not harmless.

Fair all around — hair, skin, eyes — he is a stand-out compared to the man he's taken to leaning next to while waiting for a refill that may never come. ]

Aren't you having a good time?

[ Accented, but not heavily so. He's British, but he's not about to make a big deal about it.

Prior affects a bit of a patronizing pout, head tilting a bit to try to catch Bucky's gaze, but when the expression turns to a little lie of a smile, he promptly hides it behind the leftovers of his drink. ]

[I'm not sure... with these two, who both would love kissing, maybe it should be reverse chicken where they have to be close but CAN'T kiss... what do you think?]

It had seemed like such an easy bet. After all, Viktor went without kissing Yuuri for almost a year! He can outlast anybody! Right??? So he's grinning as he leans into Phichit. Breath warm against his ear as he murmurs.]

So, Phiochka. You think you can keep your hands off me?

[If Viktor thought it was impressive that he went without kissing Yuuri for just a year, when Phichit had to do that and live apart for him for another year and watch him fall in love with someone else, he was about to have his mind blown. Phichit can't help but squirm when Viktor gets right up close to him and starts to tease with his sultry voice, but he's also grinning, ready for the face-off.

He places his arms very pointedly down on Viktor's shoulders and clasps his hands around his older lover's neck, blinking up at him from beneath his lashes.]

Of course I can. Maybe not forever, but definitely longer than you can keep your hands off of me.

[This is going to be one for the history books.

Viktor's own eyelash game is lethal, silver framing blue perfectly as he gazes down. Gently he runs a nail under Phichit's chin. Tipping it up, like he's done countless times for a kiss. Even goes in a bit, though he stops short. Lips almost brushing.]

Ahhh, so cute. It's a shame to break your heart like this.

[ Bucky's lip quirks into a sardonic smile as he tips his head to look at the man who's just addressed him. There's a little hunch to his shoulders that he can't seem to lose when he's not in combat and he tries not to think on that too hard. ]

Don't I look like I'm having a good time?

[ There's a playful glint in his eye as he looks Prior up and down. ]

[fissure]

No. [ He laughs, shaking his head, halfway leering back and highly amused. ] No, I don't think you do.

[ Prior rubs a finger along his bottom lip, studying Bucky for a moment before snapping his fingers, pointing in a meaningless gesture. ]

What I usually suggest is... [ He eyes Barnes like he's trying to decide on what horse he should bet on. ] -vodka tonic.

[A little noise comes unbidden from Phichit's throat, a soft purr that embarrasses him as soon as it escapes, but it's okay -- he can't afford to let himself get tripped up over it. In fact, Phichit realizes, it might be the perfect tactic.

He makes the noise again, more of a desperate whine this time, and lets his sultry expression collapse into something more needy, lip jutting out in a subtle pout.]

Viktor [Phichit whines.] I need you.

Meanwhile Yuuri is in the corner making embarassed, turned-on noises
