THE HANGOVER MEME

So. You went to vegas. Cool! You had a great time. You think. Surely you must have, because you have a raging hangover. Whether your room is just disheveled or totally trashed, you may or may not remember anything that happened last night. Are you surprise married? If so, do you even know the person you're married to? Maybe you stole some exotic animal that you really shouldn't have. Maybe you fell asleep face down in a pool and had to be fished out. Maybe you had any number of hi-jinks while you were out of your mind (whether on booze or something else), it doesn't matter. You appear to have not gotten arrested (yet), so try to figure out what's happened!

[ ain't no vegas party like a stark vegas party. But just because the party started in vegas doesn't mean it ended there, go nuts. ]

( What could possibly go wrong when a part-demon crossbreed with a huge glowing monster arm drinks enough to get totally wasted? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

[dwarven-brewed whiskey? or maybe too much asgardian ale? whichever the case, neither are very safe for mere mortals. bring it!]

One of the benefits of having such an appalling alcohol tolerance - there aren't many - is that Gwen has to really work to end up with a hangover. Ordinarily, alcohol rushes into and then out of her system too quickly; drinks too much water (the right amount?), spends too much time in water, can spend a night dancing on a bar and then get up, toss her hair in a ponytail and go for a run.

So, judging by the way she rolls over and takes the pillow out from under Bruce's head to cover her face with when sunlight filters through the blinds no one actually closed last night (a small cloud of glitter puffs up from her hair at the impact)-

Well, they did a lot of things last night, but nothing that'll help anyone this morning, probably. Probably nothing that can't be legally extricated from, either, because she remembers how it went down with her stepmother (who was legally never her stepmother-),

anyway, it's a nice ring, but it's probably morally wrong or something to have got married using a ring won at a gambling table off another couple, so-

Gwen's little hand snakes out from under a blanket and fumbles around for her phone. She's pretty sure she remembers that lady's name. Maybe she's on Facebook.

[Naturally. Yakui is a purveyor of drugs big and small, though generally they're "legal" drugs. She's also one them at any and all times, so if anything went down, it's almost certainly her fault. Also, if anything saucy happened, it was with a woman.]

Bucky looks at the ale in the mug in front of him. It didn't look any different from Earth beer. But apparently, it would be enough to get him drunk.

And, really, who is he to turn down the God of Thunder at an Avengers New Years Party? He takes a cautious sip of the ale and blinks. Oh, that's nice. "You know I can't get drunk." He's possibly challenging Thor to a drinking contest. "Whatever they did, I can't get drunk."
