The Mindfuck Meme

This is not a very nice meme! Many if not all options are potentially triggering. Please use your best judgment before participating.

1. Comment with your character, putting their name, canon, and any prefs in the subject line (e.g. women only, not #4, AU, aged up, etc.). **Please note that this meme is open to both sexual and platonic content. You may wish to list non-sexual rp as one of your prefs.**
2. When other characters tag in, they'll use this handy RNG (1-15) to pick an option from the list below.

Options:

1. I Own You: You know—beyond a shadow of a doubt—that you own this person. Furthermore, you're more than willing to break them down until they accept it as truth. All that they are—mind, body, and soul—is yours. They should have known that from the beginning. Now they'll know it 'til the end.

2. We're One and the Same: You're two sides of the same coin. You practically own each other! No one else will ever complete them the way you can. You're twins. Brothers from another mother (or was that the same mother?). They won't get away—they shouldn't even desire to. Good thing you're ready to help.

3. Nobody Has Ever Loved You (Like I Do): The person before you clearly doesn't understand how worthless they are; everyone they've ever loved will and should leave them to rot. The only thing they have left—the one creature that doesn't despise them utterly—is you. They should probably start groveling at your feet for such patience and mercy.

4. By Your Bedside: You love them. You love them utterly, and just look at the thanks you get. Look how they've betrayed you! Ruthlessly! Talking to others—looking at others. Disgusting. You aren't going to allow it anymore. They need to understand the importance of your love.

5. You're a Doll, Doll: Some people just don't get it. They think they have basic human rights the same as anyone else! They don't view themselves as puppets or pets to be played with. They don't understand that they belong on a leash or sitting pretty on a shelf. Poor darlings! Lucky for them you've taken an interest in setting them straight.

6. Stop Forcing My Hand: It's not your fault you're tying them down! It isn't your fault they need to be disciplined! They making you. They stared at you with those eyes! They asked how you wanted your coffee! You wish they could apologize enough for such atrocities. You'd love to let them go. You don't want to do this. You're the real victim here.

7. Kiss Me and Smile at Me: Time for a little mindcontrol up in here! With this prompt, the other person is completely under your control. Tell them to jump, they jump. Tell them to beg—oh. There will be begging. Unfortunately, the effect isn't always complete and sometimes your target knows they're being toyed with. Too fucking bad.

8. Such a Child: If this kid doesn't want to listen and do as they're told, it's high time you start treating them like the little brat they are. Up to you how far this goes, although spanking isn't a bad start. And who cares if they're actually younger or technically older—they need to learn to listen when adults are speaking.

9. A Permanent Stain: All right. All right. You'll be fine as long as you leave this mark on them. Maybe a couple (hundred) bruises will do, or perhaps a tattoo is more your style. A piercing? Sure! Or five. Whatever—all you know is you need something physical to show your connection. Stake your claim and stake it hard.

10. Escape Cockblocker: You've got containing your target down to an art form. You know all their weaknesses and exactly what shackles fit them best. You can keep their powers at bay and break their spirit (or profess your adoration!) at your leisure. Your expertise in keeping the other right where you want them is absolute.

11. BRUTALITY K.O.: It's easy to be dark and brooding. It's simple to concoct a sinister scheme or two. Violence, however, helps drive a point home with bruising finesse. All it takes is a little brainwashing between punches and voila! You've got your message across. They'll learn to love you for it in no time at all.

12. Feeling Superior: This one is all about rank. Either you're sick of chilling on the lowest rung, or you've always had the upper-hand. Doesn't matter; you're in charge now. Call it a promotion, if you will. Call it learning to excel.

13. Semi-Genderbender: You've always thought of the person before you as a distinctly different gender. It doesn't matter how they identify, you've clearly got the right idea about this. So, you might as well start pushing it. Dresses, manly trousers—pronoun-fuckery all up in here. What about scheduling them for a few… 'enhancing' surgical procedures?

14. You Don't See Me: Sensory deprivation, anyone? This is pretty standard stuff. Take away their voice, take away their eyes— take away sound or taste or touch. Use magic, use devices, use whatever comes to mind. After all, they didn't really need all five senses. That's just greedy! Four—three at most and they'll be sitting pretty under your 'unique' care.

15. Creepozoid's Choice!: Pick any of the options above or a 15th of your own devising. Remember, 15 is always an open option if you'd rather not roll, or if you're looking for a mixture of options.

[A pawn, yes, just as they all are in some respect, as he is himself. But this pawn doesn't realize how low he is, how his place really is not as high as he wishes it to be or thinks it is. Cronus is even less than he and yet Korloz has allowed his blasphemy to continue.]

[No longer now though, not with the cards falling and landing in their places. Cronus, your words against him- though Kurloz is not necessarily one to often go out and get revenge- are done now, and have sparked enough of an interest in this somber ~~mime~~clown. It is true that he will die as they all will anyway, but indigo blood still runs through his veins, and he plans to make the other an example.]

Kurloz has done well to snatch this dead bard and bind him to a chair, legs to the legs of it, arms wrapped around the back, leaving him in a seated position. Kurloz has also bound his mouth so when he awakens he won't have to deal with that tidal wave of slanderous noise that spews out of him constantly.]

[When a living player was knocked out, they often ended up in the midst of a dreambubble, but when a dead troll finds himself sleeping, it's all blackness. Like the bleakest of pitch-covered nights, all Cronus sees is an endless stretch of nothing until finally, his body decides to completely recover itself in a pinch. It's not like that was his actual head that was hit, or his actual gut that was almost turned inside out with one solid punch from Sir Makara over there. Nah, the only reason he'd passed out at all was muscle memory reminded him that stuff should knock him out. If he was stronger of mind (or spirit, perhaps) he'd have withstood the blows, no problemo.

And he'd be able to forget that all that stuff should keep hurting. Aranea's some sorta genius at this being dead business, and Cronus is sure she could wipe away the pain with a thought, but not him. Just his luck, all he can feel is tension in his stomach and a beating pulse somewhere in the general vicinity of every part of his thinkpan.

A groan slips out and that when he realizes he's gagged. The binding is thick cloth, the sort that even troll teeth will have a hard time gnawing through in any reasonable amount of speed. Damn, Kurloz is good. Too good.

Iris-less eyes narrow and Cronus turns to stare at him, ready to insult, reject, and promise to tell Meenah about this level of douchebaggery if he isn't freed immediately.]

[Reala is a particularly hard guy to mindfuck, given his nature, but you're absolutely welcome to try!

As a living personification of a Nightmare and someone who steals his canon's equivalent of souls, though, he's very well disposed to mindfucking others, no holds barred on level of nastiness, no personal motivation needed. Given that it's also in a dream, it's entirely feasible to assume the dream itself feeds him all the information he needs to know about your character and their fears/traumas/vulnerabilities--and potentially allows him to craft it into a perfect personal hell for them, if you'd like.

TL;DR: Reala is a good way to play around with potential grimdark scenarios you've been wanting but never able to get. Poke me if you want to plot~ ♥]

[The dead sleep better than anyone after all. The black void Cornus experiences is the only solace he have anymore after Kurloz finishes with him. And after that it won't be longer before he is double dead anyway. Perhaps this little event together will give Cronus more meaning in his life.]

[Or, well, more reason to complain and seek pity. Either way, for the time being he shall feel pain and perhaps- even for a sight moment- Cronus will feel something shortly, something he doesn't normally experience.]

[The needle is fiddled with in his fingers, long, thin fingers, wrapped in the tight fabric the rest of his body beneath his chin is in. He doesn't emote at all to the seadweller's reaction and instead merely stares at him, watching him sit there in his confusion and growing anxiety. Sitting there, so fucking useless, so fucking beneath he, and so much more beneath the Lord. It's not hatred that snarls in the pit of his stomach, it's more of a slight disgust at how very motherfucking oblivious this invertebrother is.]

Mm mm! [Ha ha, see howv I am laughing at your ridiculous and inappropriate joke that evweryone vwill probably like because you're all broken and they're into that. So fucking annoying.

Of course, he knows what this is about. There's no question that Kurloz found out that someone had maybe lost a wee bit of their temper at Mituna and decided to even the stakes. This must be some rough'n'tumble way of telling Cronus to step off. Never seems to matter how many times he makes himself clear to the clown, stating in very articulate, non-nonsense language that he's not doing anything wrong by anyone. That's not his game.

By the way, these bonds holding him to the chair? He's starting to like them less and less, and Kurloz lack of even a threatening mime is more than a little unsettling.]

[It is humourous to some degree, how Cronus tries to show emotion through mumbles and grunts, ironic even, considering the jabs he takes at Kurloz for not being able to speak. And for misinterpreting what the clown does try to "say". Or rather, misinterpreting what everyone tries to say, no just he. Cronus is so very guilty of it.]

[Of course he knows, he always does, Mituna manages to tell him everything, as he should The Heir and he are very tight and down with eachother's business, for sure. Cronus's behavior around his moirail is only a part though.]

[He watches still, slowly tilting his head to the side, feigning confusion as to why Cronus struggles so. But then there's a smile, small but there, and he sighs something quickly, flashing an expression along with it.]

[And then away with the signing, finally stepping closer and raising his head a little, glaring down his painted nose with a look of superiority on his visage. Yes, he should slam this shit down now, commence with his righteous motherfucking punishment on this punk ass of brethren.]
