It's your first time! Whether it's first kiss, first date, or even your first child, your character will be plunged into the nervous or terrifying experience that is their first time.

The list:
1. First kiss. Pucker up!
2. First date. Who's paying? Dinner and a movie, or a night under the stars in the back of your convertible Corvette?
3. First time. You've been together awhile, and it's about time to consummate things.
4. First child. Was it an accident, or planned for? You decide!
5. First Anniversary. You've made it an entire year without killing one another! Time to break open the bubbly.
6. First pet. Dog or cat? Fish tank? Rhinoceros?
7. First house. Apartment in the city, or perfect white picket fenced home! Either way, better make the best of it.
8. First fight. And things had been going so well; is your relationship strong enough to outlast the tiffs?
9. First breakup. But they were your one and only! How will you cope with losing them? How will you ever manage to find another?
10. Make up your own! Or mix and match!

[ Iroh has lost an entire fleet in war, but even that can't compare to the sinking feeling in his stomach when he sits across the table from his girlfriend upon the realization of a pregnancy. There are too many things wrong with this scenario: the disgrace to the royal family that they aren't married, their distance as he manages a fleet while she runs a corporation in Republic City, and most of all the fact that Asami is in this situation to begin with.

He doesn't feel like the swashbuckling royal prince he is as he silently studies Asami, a knuckle curled at his lips, waiting for her to speak her mind because the Spirits know he doesn't have the right thing to say. ]

[It was their first time seeing each other after the first time all those hundred of years ago. After all, the goddess of the moon was not meant to be among even the gods of Asgard. Her place was on the softly glowing orb that shifted its face every month. Her domain was a mystery as so few ever ventured there. Sometimes those of Asgard and Midgar blamed her for their troubles, for the mischief that occurred under the light of the moon. And the moon's goddess was just as distant. She was not prone to the affairs of Odin and the other gods. She never came to Asgard or Midgar more than a few times a millennia.

That she was here now was because Thor had restored order, an impressive feat. She was watching the rest of the gods in the hall, staying in her shadows even though she gleamed as pale as moonlight herself. She had a smile on her lips as she watched the merriment and the congratulations placed upon the god of thunder. She took a sip, wondering if she would catch his eye to offer her own toast.]

[ Thor had been grateful for the given praise, he was modest and offered many other names that he would lift above his own, Odin being one of the highest. If it not be for the Omnipotent's infinite wisdom, power, and guidance surely the feat would instead be a defeat.

Ah, but the long devout of praise and worship had come to even wear on Thor's shoulders and it was not long before he anxiously began to fidget amongst his family and his fellow Asgardians. The Moon Goddess was here herself, she was something of a fable amongst Midgard herself, just as the Asgardian Gods themselves. But she was ever ethereal and beautiful as she was the years ago when he had first been captivated by her. Thus Thor quickly stole away and brought himself, towering as he was naturally so very tall, to the one whom did call his name ever sweetly in their precious of moments together. ]

My Lady, Serenity. Thou art as beautiful still, mayhaps even more so now from whence I first did set mine eyes upon thee.

[He was always so sweet. She smiled warmly as she gazed up at him, tiny in comparison to the warrior of thunder. She lifted her goblet to him, her only offer of praise as she saw the way he shook off the other gods.]

Hello, my Lord, Thor. [Her tongue caressed his name and made it all the more glorious.] I thank thee, for such praise when it is thou whom should be venerated. Such glory! [She set down her goblet.] But even now, thou art humble.

Aye, My Lady. [ He traces her face with his deep blue eyes and settles a moment to her sweet mouth that does speak so adequately. ] Such glory.

Asgard doth welcome thee warmly, I trust this? Have thee found familiarity since last you came upon the realm of Thor, God of Thunder? Or might I offer thee courtship in Asgard?

[Endless blue eyes, gleaming with the light that possessed the moon locked with Thor's own. She locked onto the strength of his jaw and the way his smile seemed brighter than the sun. Were he not so skilled with thunder, she would think him the god of the sun. Her arm shifted and with the flick of her wrist she gestured to the room.]

Warmly as it can to me and mine. I am a stranger to them. [She had not been in the halls of Odin the All-seer for a long time. It was not her place.] I am afraid, much is just as strange to me, even though I see it from my home. But things are much different when up close. [She rested her hand on his arm.] Thy offer is indeed of great comfort to me, my Lord. I would seek thy courtship in Asgard.

[She'd say she were dishonoring her family name if there were any ounce of honor left to it. People are still all too wary of the Sato company. The fact that its current owner is having a child out of wedlock will just be the newest of headlines to try to bring her down.

The question of honor is more of a problem on his end of things. And though it's selfish, she can't help but wonder where that will leave her - and her child. It's not as if he can leave the army to stay with her, and she doubts that the royal family will welcome her with open arms. Maybe it's pessimistic to think like that, but she hasn't had the best of luck with being left behind. Both Mako and her father have left her scarred.

His silence is less than comforting. However, she maintains a brave face.]

I know this isn't ideal, but... [A deep breath.] Are you at least alright with it?

[Because she'd rather start preparing now if she has to do this alone.]

In his many efforts to use the Time Gates, Artefacts, and even the unique energy given off by the Paradoxes in his efforts to prevent the foretold fall of Cocoon, Academy director Hope Estheim had performed many experiments, some with strange results. However, none were more strange than his most recent attempt which accidentally dragged a visitor from another world to the futuristic utopia of Cocoon. A visitor named Mulan.

At first, relations with the visitor had been.... understandably fragile. After all, she had been dragged unwillingly from her own world into a place that could not have been more different from Ancient China. In addition to that, her arrival was accompanied by a small shockwave that destroyed most of the equipment and computers in the lab. Add to that the fact that even with their equipment the scientists of the Academy had no idea how to replicate the freak accident that brought her here or reverse the effects, and it looked like Mulan had no immediate way of returning home.

However, Hope had been extremely apologetic and humble to the 'visitor', feeling completely responsible for her current predicament. As such, he created a team dedicated to finding a way to send her back that he personally oversaw. In the meantime, she was treated as a guest in the Academy, being placed in one of the best rooms, and her every whim being catered to. Hope met and talked to her regularly, always asking about her well-being and asking how she was adjusting. He often asked about her life before she was brought here hoping to find any clue that might send her back, but he was also curious about this new world he had never heard of, and he asked about it constantly.

Three weeks after she had arrived here, Hope made an offer to Mulan. The two of them would spend a day outside of the Academy and away from the tests and experiments that Hope suspected his guest was growing weary of, and take in the sights of Cocoon and just relax and unwind for once. It was also totally not a date.

And so, on that promised day, Hope arrived at Mulan's door dressed not in his usual Academy uniform for once, but in a casual orange shirt with green pants. He's a scientist, not a fashion expert.

"Mulan!" He greeted cheerfully as usual, though with a slight undercurrent of shyness. "Are you ready to go?"
