THE DUB-CON MEME

HOW TO PLAY:

- Doesn't matter who's the tagger and who's the tagged -- pick any side of a prompt that you'd like!

PROMPTS:

1) TOLD TO. You've been ordered to be with this person. Is it orders, from your boss? Your commander? Your king? Some faceless voice on the other side of that creepy security camera? Did the other person order you, or are they a victim too?

2) LAST PEOPLE ON EARTH. The species needs to be repopulated. So you better get to it, whether it's a match arranged by the government or just the two of you out in the middle of nowhere.

3) ARRANGED MARRIAGE. Congratulations, you're married to someone you've never met! It's probably a good political or social match. Now go in a room and make us some babies!

4) SEX POLLEN. You've been infected! Or contaminated. You're ragingly horny, and the only way you can survive is to let off some of that pressure. Hopefully inside someone else.

5) RITUAL. It's a religious rite, for fertility. Or maybe aliens made you do it.

6) REWARDS. Sex, and then you'll get what you want, whether you're a prostitute looking for cash, or a prisoner who just wants to unlock that door or disarm these beeping collars/anklets/what-have-you.

7) OWNED. You've been bought at a market, and now you're a slave for someone you don't even know. And looks like they'll make some demands on your body...

8) INEQUALITY. Perhaps one of you is very high standing, and the other is low. Or one of you is old, and the other young. Maybe a teacher-student relationship, or a director-actress.

9) DEADLY ROMANCE. You wish you could have this romance; you love this person, but you can't be together. You know that this romance will kill you, or ruin you, or have you banished, and so you have to say no. Too bad they're not listening.

10) WILD CARD. For whatever scenario you'd like to play!

[Abel rolled his shoulders as he pushed his chair away from the desk, turning off the holo-screen as he did so. The numbers were stable when he had tested the capabilities of attaching new, more powerful engines without replacing other parts to the starfighters, and it had been an overall productive day. The walk back to his quarters was a long one, his body sore from just sitting in the same position staring at a screen all day, and he stretched again as he pressed the button for the elevator, yawning as he pressed the button for the lift.

Maybe he could take a nap before he and his partner went to dinner in the mess hall.]

[It had been a rather productive day for Cain as well. If you considered sparring with his fellow fighters while those currently waiting their turn stood around you in a ring and cheered on whoever appeared to be winning. There was a fresh wound on his cheek, dribbles of blood trailing down onto the uninjured skin. He was in a particularly foul mood, considering he had been winning up until the last round when some smart ass decided it'd be funny to tag team him.

The two idiots had walked away with broken noses. Despite the cut on his cheek he still considered himself the victory.

Which meant he was in a lovely mood when he reached the elevators, hitting the button with his fist before twisting, leaning against the wall next to the door.]

Headed somewhere princess?

[Tapping his foot as he waited for the lift, he glanced to the side, noticing his fighter approaching, bleeding from somewhere as usual. Still he wondered what the offensive half of the base did during their days while Abel was off crunching numbers at a computer screen.

Any protest to the nickname died on his lips as he took in Cain's face, finding it a little more attractive when he was roughed u- okay, stop. What the fuck is wrong with him?

Get it together Abel.] Back to quarters. I've been staring at a screen all day and I need to rest my eyes. [He gave the dark haired man a dubious glance.] Headed to the hospice?

[There's a scoff at the explanation, as if it's somehow unreasonable that the navigator would need a rest after doing nothing more than sitting in front of a giant screen all day.

At the suggestion, however, his lifts a hand, pressing it over his cheek, smearing the blood across his skin in irritation.]

What the fuck for? It's just a scratch, babe. Nothing you and the first aid kit can't handle.

[Abel's nervous glance down both lengths of the hallway at the nickname were hilariously frantic, calming just a little when he saw no one was there. Cain really did need to stop with the nicknames. But, just as he was about to answer, an empty lift opened, waiting for them and Abel walked in, punching the button for their floor.]

I'm not your personal nurse, I'm a pilot. [Except well, he didn't mind patching the other man up if that meant he wasn't bleeding on him while he was sleeping.]

[The nervous gestures and glances were almost comical, and indeed, if it hadn't been for the sudden sound announcing the arrival of the lift, he would have made another comment about them.

Pushing himself away from the wall, he swaggered onto the elevator, taking up his place in the corner. Even though his eyes followed the navigator's every move, trailing over the lines of his body before picking the most interesting one to focus on: The round curve of his ass.]

You're whatever I tell you you are. Besides, the uniform would probably suit you. It'd make you look as slutty as you are.

[Abel didn't give him long to stare at it, turning so that his own back was against the wall, his arms curling around himself. Being around him like this, living with him in their quarters, he had gotten used to him, but the way he was so controlling...Abel still wasn't used to it. If this was some sort of challenge, he was determined to keep his bark, if not his meager bite as master Cain tried to shape him into some sort of human toy.]

You don't give me orders, commander Bering does, and I am not wearing a dress. [He wasn't going to comment on the slutty part. What could would it be to defend something that he had no words to defend with? It was better to be silent than have his argument ripped to shreds for Cain's amusement.]

Just, leave me alone. I have a headache. [He presses himself against the cool metal wall of the elevator, watching the floor numbers go up and up and doing his best to ignore his partner.]

Well, not terribly unexpected, but not what he was led to believe. Still, not unattractive.] You should get into bed.

They probably ought to have done more than just assume a little ass kicking from Natasha could have rendered whatever Loki did to Barton inert. They'd just had more important things to do, like, oh, save the world. And with that out of the way, Tony's mostly back to his old loner self so keeping tabs on his new and unusual team mates hasn't been a priority. The construction of Avengers Tower has been consuming him more than anything else and sure, he gets visitors from time to time, but never usually this late.

"Archery range. I got it," he says, flat on his back and under a console, welding something. He doesn't have to look up, Jarvis had already announced the other man a moment ago. It's another mistake, or Tony would have seen Clint's eyes and realized that he better get in the armor. "You told me twice already."
