Word gets out about people having powers, someone eventually figures out the ASBO shitheads have them too, and it won't be long until people put together why the two probation workers in charge have disappeared.]

And there are murders out here all the time; it's not exactly the safest city. Probably just another bloke gone mental... that happens more often than people think.
