[ He will be your shield. The guard. ]
[Would love a scene right after Hunter is cursed. Where his father hired him a bodyguard]
[ probably the one being guarded. though she can hold her own in a fight. ]
[ Probably the guard, or a very stubborn independent guarded.]
{{ooc: Most likely the bodyguard}}

[ Bodyguard for sure. ]
[By all means. I welcome all canons. Enjoy your tank.. I mean guard]
[Though she be but little, she is fierce. Bodyguard]
[He could really benefit from a bodyguard. Doesn't mean he has to like it.]
[He's just about at the end of his patience, waiting with his head cradled in his hands. No medical kit. No phaser. No communicator. Just the uniform on his back and a headache the size of ex-wife's ego. The transport scheduled to take him from protective custody to the courtroom had been delayed not once but three times. He fells more like a prisoner than a witness now. To them, he's just a source of information, on hold until they're ready. His stomach growls again but he ignores it. Around him, Enterprise personnel mixes with planetary security. There's comfort in knowing he's not completely alone.]
[There's a commotion stirring from behind the door of the room they're keeping him in. A woman's voice, high pitched but stern as all hell, berating a group of officers more than a full foot taller than her.
It's taken damn near the whole day to get her here, and she's not about to let a few low-level officers stand in her way now. With the Captain's help, they'd brought down the full force of the Enterprise's weight to cut through the tangle of Starfleet red tape and have Sara replace whatever security they'd had planned for McCoy.
Finally, the door hisses open and she pushes into the room, irritation replaced with a weary smile as her attention settles on him.]
Congratulations, Doctor. I'm your new babysitter.

[God, he recognizes that 'take no shit' voice as she argues beyond the wall that separates them. His response is twofold. First, there's a tremendous sense of relief. Immediately on its heels is irritation and a healthy dose of fear. It's a high profile case and there's a good chance his life might come into jeopardy. He doesn't want her in the middle of it all. He doesn't want her hurt just doing her duty. His headache throbs at the thought of it.]
Jesus, woman. What are you doing here?
[His tone says 'I don't want you here. Go home.']

[He doesn't look all that excited to see her, which only makes her grin.]
You could call me by my actual name every once in a while, you know.
[She crosses her arms over chest, glancing him over curiously.]
I'm here to make sure you don't die, as per usual.
