Jon rarely leaves the US these days, considering how involved he's gotten with the Portland Center and even the Tower there, so it's the first time that he's actually encountered Alejandro despite a certain amount of admiration for the man's work and his tactics, as well as the effectiveness of he and his wife as a team.
Which is why he's utterly unprepared to meet him, to look over across the board room and seehim. He's as smooth as silk, slick as they come; there's a reason he's been able to build this company up from the minor entity it'd started as. But he's awkward as a teenager as his heart tumbles over itself and he only just manages to shake his hand like a functional adult before his brain reboots and he's able to give a reasonable smile.
"Mr. Olin. How wonderful you could join us." How very wonderful. "Welcome to our offices. Is there anything I can get you?"
Spanish. Dammit. Missed my guess again. Of course my Spanish is abysmal.
