To Shiro, looks aren't enough of a reason to have a reputation and while he's worked his ass off academically and that part is something he's proud of, he's not aware that other people would think it was much of an amazing accomplishment. Most of his pursuits are nerd pursuits. He doesn't expect a lot of attention for that kind of thing. So her saying otherwise has his eyes sliding sideways to look at her as they walk but he thinks she's over-exaggerating for his ego's sake. Which is nice of her but not really necessary. All he did was help her prepare for her finals and he doubts he'll see her again once she's finished the course he's helping with. So he exhales an amused sound and shrugs his shoulders.]
