He's never been a part of his mother or grandmother's preparation for celebrations but he can follow the logic of the cloth once he's got a feel for it. It also gives him an excuse to lean down and brush a kiss over her throat, follow it up to the soft skin behind her ear, the soft drag of his teeth and tender strokes of his lips as his fingers work.]
