[Red throws Green an annoyed glare, but ultimately keeps quiet. yeah, they were both pretty hopeless as thieves. the whole lot of them were. but being Phantom Thieves was more fun than working a real job, so, here they were.
the guard finally turns around and starts walking away, so that is when Red springs into action. he pulls out a grappling hook (from where?), takes a step back from the building, then tosses it up. it takes a few tries for the hook to catch onto something, but it finally does, and Red tugs the rope to make sure it stays in place. they should probably have better climbing gear, but they're pretty poor thieves, and this is all they can afford. thankfully the building is not even that tall]
