[Let me know if this works for you or if you'd like me to change something!]

The city of Vale was crawling with people from all walks of life for the Vytal Festival. The city was already a vibrant place, but the festivities really brought out the culture of the city - of the entirety of Remnant, really. Vendors crowded the streets, with citizens of every kingdom and even some offworlders, come to experience everything the planet and its people had to offer. Pyrrha was out and about, just on a walk to clear her head. Things had been odd, lately, uncertain; a tension in the air she didn't like. Perhaps it was all of the kingdoms being in one place, perhaps it was the drop in criminal activity recently; maybe she was just worrying for nothing.

Pyrrha inhaled deeply and took a few twists and turns through the city until she was nearing the shopping district opposite the piers. Still busy, but clustered with more natives to the city than not. She passed the dust shop before pausing and turning back around - she should stock up, before the next fight. It wasn't smart to go in half-loaded, especially not when the chance to reload was staring her in the face.

The shop is small, neat, and run by a sweet old man. Pyrrha waves at him as she peruses the dust - he's got crystals, powders, even a few experimental liquid dust cannisters. She usually goes for the red, the fire dust, since it makes better for a gun anyway. Pyrrha contemplates switching it up to a blue crystal, perhaps for a new ice technique, and then drifts towards the back to examine the dust powders. They offer a smoother blast, but she kind of likes the kick...

That's about when she notices the man in the back with her. He doesn't look native - Pyrrha likes to think she's well traveled enough to know an offworlder when she sees one. But why would he be in a dust shop? As far as she's aware, dust is only valuable on Remnant. The people of Remnant were the only ones who seemed able to unlock the energy in the crystals regardless. Perhaps he was just curious - she really shouldn't be staring.
