[ there's always something that makes her wish to turn around and return back to her desk. distract her from the mystery that's junkrat's partner in crime. keep her mind away from the thoughts that one wrong move and all the other has to do is crush her with a squeeze of his hands. it was even worse when she remembers the first time they meet, her opinion of them formerly poor with a snap of her fingers. ruffians and criminals would never have been recruited under vishkar's eye.

satya folds her hands together, her fingers rubbing against her thumb.

there are no footsteps in the air when she expects some. perhaps the others are in the other coaches of the train. this shouldn't be her seat, maybe she's give the wrong ticket number. the thought doesn't diver her attention away from her dead teammate. he would have lived if she had adjusted the security more, right? that is her duty, even if his role is to take deadly blows for them.

she doesn't turn her head to face him.
