There was a brief moment of something akin to panic, given that he simply was not used to being hauled up like this on his own two feet even if he was used to the occassional aid since he'd loss the use of them in the waking world, Charles ended up grasping anywhere he could on Aurus which started awkwardly as his shoulder and his arm until he realized what the other was trying to do. A breath left him and even as the first kiss landed (mentally realizing just how properly strong Aurus was to lift him so easily) he managed to do as Aurus hoped, though it was still a touch awkward. Not a position he was used to being in (it had always been the opposite).
In the end though Aurus' enthusiasm was hard to ignore, and Charles found himself quietly laughing when the kiss finally broke, panting slightly with a dizzy head as long as the kiss had gone on. Not.. complaining. "Terribly undignified," he agreed, trying to sound serious but failing. "I can think of what came over you." His arms went around Aurus' neck proper, trusting his weight to the other. "Sometimes, I forget you are sylvari and all that comes with it, including that impromptiveness." Teasing, gently, the look in his eyes warm.
