[They are only minor-forgiven. It is a crime to not know the lovely Sir Patrick Stewart. XD I might give it a shot, RP wise, for one of the NPCs. I actually don't find the player characters very interesting. We're somehow very ridiculously powerful but yet we just seem to stand by and do nothing. Also trying to remember how television was broadcasted 30 years ago, not so easy!]

"Will the great warrior possibly need rescuing from the hoard of children?" Charles teased gently, chuckling himself. It was obvious Aurus could handle himself just fine, and he knew the children would behave themselves despite their curiosity. Most likely, though, Aurus might find himself overwhelmed by their matching desire to show off their own abilities to him, given how much they showed off to each other when they had the chance and 'outside' company could be very rare.

"There's just something very amusing about the idea of something breaking apart into little purple butterflies, though I'm not sure why. Just unexpected, I suppose, but then again I'm not quite sure what I would have imagined it being instead. Sparks, maybe?" He was pleased to find that the sitting room was indeed empty as he hoped, and he gestured for Aurus to shut the door behind he wheeled over to the telly. Aurus was right and their conversation from before still lingered at the back of his mind, something he would need to tackle, but for the moment he had it pushed back there on purpose.

"This," said with a pat to the large box, "is a television. Like the photograph you saw in my office, it is made up of millions of photographs in sequential order to make a moving photograph captured on film. The film is broadcasted by..." He thought how to explain something so complicated in a few sentences. "It breaks up each photograph, not physically, and sends it to one of those large white dishes, where it is sent to homes through wiring infrastructure. We receive it here." Another quick pat, watching Aurus to make sure the other had some idea before he reached down and flipped it on.
