[One of the unfortunate side effects of regaining his memories is that he's been better able to identify himself with them, which has caused some of the weight of the trauma he's endured to press in on him from time to time. That's to say nothing of beginning to regain fragments of his time as Hojo's test subject. It's become unfortunately common for him to suffer from severe nightmares.

That's why it's all the more important for him to keep holding on to the good memories. That's the only way he can reclaim his past.]
