Bruce doesn't see fear as inherently bad thing. Fear is your body's way of making you aware of a potential threat. And it can be good to have people be afraid of you as well -- he's built his whole image as Batman around that idea, after all.

"I suppose that's very true." He says it's like it's no big deal, and it mostly isn't. It's more surprising when people don't know him, honestly.

And unlike Stark he's been very careful to make sure the things his company makes don't get in the wrong hands -- but he's also never been one for arms dealings in general either. Wayne Enterprises focuses more on technology than weaponry.
