"Phasma!" Hux looks at her, all wide eyed. "You will not." Because really, Ren might be fun to go out with, for this, for other things--but the guy will definitely say no to going out with Hux. Going out with Phasma is safer, and he likes her, and trusts that she likes him back. It's not a bad thing and her pushing this--she is just horrible, really horrible.

"First you defend my honor now you're trying to ruin it. You're just horrible." He pouts, trying to work manipulation, which probably won't work, since she knows he does it.
