I haven't been around that long so I haven't seen many so ones that sound interesting my head (and clearly, not being around not I have not seen):

* Waking up in Vegas (referring to song by Katy Perry)
* death (someone dying. your character dying. just death. but not something like a pet dying, I mean the angsty character death)
* friendship (there is a lot of shipping memes, which is great, but maybe something just focusing on a friendship? It'd be more particular and say "bromance" or "girlfriends/girl talk" but that will exclude probably half muses)

I second the friendship meme idea, though we just had a Katy Perry meme and that Last Night meme is a death meme (and I think there was a straight-up death meme not too long ago, check a page back or so).

the last night meme didn't have to be about death. it could have been about leaving/moving, if you read the rules and decided not to go with the option of basically last night on earth. at least that's what I garnered from the rules of the meme, maybe my reading comprehension is off this early.

EXTREME MAKE-OVER MEME. Whether you like it or not you're going to be beautiful (or as beautiful as a buttload of make-up and a fancy dress/suit can make you look). Will your new style make you look like James Bond, Kanye West, Kobe Bryant, Madonna, Katy Perry, or Lady Gaga? Fashion model or flop? YOU decide.

Prompts may or may not be necessary? Maybe just flip a coin to decide if it's a beneficial make-over or an outrageous one.

Person who posts can come up with the make-over if they want, but blank posts will assume that the first poster is either the one performing the makeover or the one responsible for it, and the replier is the victim. Either way, the one who posts text first is the one getting made over.

Characters literally sing about their feelings, preferably via youtube links although some lyrics to a song would be okay (not the whole song, that would make the meme huuuge). Think Sweets in Buffy or Lorne in Angel.

I do like the horror meme, but I think we need more Eldritch horrors up in here. I know there's the fog meme that goes around, though. Sometimes I think these sorts of things might work better as a 'set-up your own scenario' as opposed to RNG just because some people have different ideas of what constitutes scary? And that way you can look out for someone who's closer to your level of horror.

Goblin Market. Literally a market that looks like something out of Neil Gaiman's 'Stardust' where the character wanders in from their world and comes across all sort of otherworldly goods and creatures. They could know about it from previous visits or be a total newb. It could be really good at getting some cross-canon interaction and RNG or your own set-up could be optional.

Willy Wonkas Chocolate factory? Your character gets a golden ticket and holy shit candy! Only problem: making rpers hungry.

Something similar to the creepy circus meme would be great but non-smut or smut optional? I like smut as much as the next person but I like the option for other stuff.

I though about a 'stuck in capslock' meme where it's like everyone is yelling at each other. or a forced to netspeak/gamer/l33tspeak meme. get your serious character to try and convey complex thought with net speak. If they're from Homestruck... the reverse happens, they now speak without netspeak.

Worst Nightmare meme. Wouldn't really have prompts so it might not get replies.

Sorta like the dreamviewing mentioned above but it's whatever the character's worse nightmare is. Played out in vivid detail then others can comment to either help them out of their nightmare or make it worse.

More memes for cross-canon/crossover interaction. Some of us play from canons where we're lucky if people know them, much less get a castmate. It's kind of intimidating to tag into a thread if everyone is only tagging people from their canon.
