The hiss made Sasan stop almost immediately. Right, right, no further injuring the one you want. Not even if it's to show appreciation for those first injuries. So when Jim pushed him back, Sasan went easily. His smile was tinged with a little worry for Jim's pain.
Those words, though, they made him smile wider. "Of course," Sasan replied, lightly squeezing Jim's shoulder. It was the only thing he thought for sure wasn't injured. "I'd love that."
He wiped a hand over his face, looking pleased, and dislodged a couple strands of hair with it. "Would you like me to get a warm washcloth for your lip? Any pain meds? I think I'm a little more mobile than you right now." The bit of concern was back.
