Smiling just a little, he still looked vaguely troubled as he held Souji's gaze. At least he felt more relieved and less in knots knowing he wouldn't wake up alone. The idea of waking up and still remembering nothing was vaguely terrifying to him. So in all honesty, he hoped that Souji would be there when he woke up.
