The Bodyswap Meme

So you've somehow ended up in each others' bodies. Whether by accident, by someone meddling, or because one of you planned this. What happens next? That's up to you (possibly with the help of the RNG) but some suggestions for theme and the relationship between the two of you (assuming you're not going with something pre-established) are below.


Theme

1. Comedy - you are trying to be each other and convince the bystanders that nothing's wrong. But you're terrible at it.
2. Drama - Things are going to go wrong because you're in the wrong body. Badly wrong. Possibly for one of you this is your design.
3. Action - There are more problems than normal. Your centre of gravity is wrong. Your reach is wrong. Your stride is wrong. All your reflexes are wrong. You don't know how to
4. Angst - this is seriously screwed up. You don't like the life you've each swapped into. The other person was concealing a lot wrong. And you're now facing it all.
5. Kink - you're in each others' bodies. You've decided to have fun and see what things are like from the other side.

Relationship

1. Strangers - You've never seen the body of the person you're in before in your life or if you have you barely know their name. If you're lucky you've a bank card or driving license of theirs so you know their name. If you're even luckier you can call your own phone and they will answer. Your lives are completely different, but each of you is stuck as the other. Now what?
2. Enemies - You hate each other, or at least one of you does. Possibly they planned it to fuck up the other person's life. If not one of you is going to take advantage - and the other is going to try to stop them if they don't want to be ruined (socially or otherwise)
3. Frienemies - What do you really think about each other? Is it hatred masked in civility? Is it UST? Is it simply that you enjoy feuding? Whatever it is you now have a chance to read the other person's diary and browser history, and gossip with their friends. Also a chance to either help them, set them up, or both.
4. Friends - and you will get through this together. Of course you're going to know each other a whole lot better after this
5. Family - Parent and child, Partners, or Siblings.Amazing how much even if you're that close you don't understand each other.

Barbara opened her eyes, finding herself on the floor of ... the corridor outside a courtroom? She'd been in a lecture on library science and had dozed off in the middle of a chemistry lecture after spending all the last two nights being battered as Batgirl. A sheaf of legal papers seemed to be in her hand and she was wearing a business suit. Glancing down, at least she had a namebadge on, and a legal brief in her hand. But ... when was she scheduled to deliver it? And... she glanced quickly at the brief, and noticed she had no backup, and the opposing lawyer was a Mr. M. Murdock. She hoped he was cheap and useless - or that she could fake being sick. But somehow she doubted it.

And a part of her was wondering whether this Jennifer Walters had her body now. And whether she'd dozed into the practical section of the chemistry.

[she rolled over, suddenly feeling extremely uncomfortable. Something felt terribly wrong. She sat up and rubbed her head and a piece of cloth fell off into her hand. She instantly recognized it as her partner's head piece.]

Why am I wearing this?

[Looking at herself was not something Kuroha was accustomed to. So coming face to face with what appeared to be her own body was a bit of a shock. Still clutching Saiha's head piece in her hand, she inspected the figure in front of her before looking down to see herself wrapped in the white cloth of Saiha's outfit.]

Are you...? Am I...?

[She couldn't even finish her questions.]

[She knew he wasn't going to know the answer but she was putting most of her thoughts towards not freaking out rather than whether she was asking answerable questions. She shifted around, the extra long limbs she suddenly had throwing her movements off.]

[She had only been in this body for a few minutes and already she had hurt Saiha. She was steadily growing more frustrated with the situation and it wasn't helping her coordination in this new body at all. Every time she tired to move, everything felt wrong. She resolved to remain in the kneeling position and not move until something had been figured out. She wasn't going to continue to flail around like a fish out of water if she could avoid it.]
