I'm gonna pee on everything you love for these movies

[ He's still trying to massage his temples when Heine asks for confirmation, giving a small nod with a soft "mhmm" so he'll go ahead and start it. It's only growing colder as night falls, trying not to shiver and wishing he knew Heine a little more to be bold enough to ask for a blanket or something. He doubted he'd be so lucky a second time and he'd have a sweater or something to fit him.

When Heine settles back down on the couch and he can nearly feel the warmth off of him, another wave of goosebumps fly down his skin with a tiny shiver. The movie begins and it's still difficult to focus, the smell of pasta lingering in the air giving the small apartment a touch of homeyness. It's comfortable. Having someone sitting beside him, food in the air and settling down for the night.

It's even more difficult to stay awake. ]

All right, thank you. It's fine for now, anyway.

[ It isn't even ten minutes in and he'll start to nod off, head tipping forward and fingers stilling in their small circles before he snaps back upright with a sharp breath. He feels Heine's eyes on him, glancing over to meet them and looking sheepish once again. If he pulled his legs up and got truly comfortable, there's no doubt he'd fall right asleep. He's at ease here, even in the presence of a stranger. It doesn't feel that way anymore, like he's learned enough about Heine and shared enough in return that they could at least claim that much— not quite friends, but a little more than passing recognition. It's nice. ]

I won't be very good company if I fall asleep now, would I?

[ That's to be avoided at all costs with a concussion in the first place, but an explosion on screen already pulls his attention back, even as the colors swim offbeat for a long moment. He was slowly reigning his senses back in properly, and things were beginning to seem natural once more— the car from the explosion lands with a sickening crunch of metal and a body of some villain falls out of the trunk, a broken heap of flesh and black fabric with a dramatic last promise on his dying breath. The main partners were too busy putting on their sunglasses and walking away to hear it, likely, and the scene cuts to a followup investigation. Did he miss something in the interim??? Movies like this are still a strange concept to him. ]
