This meme was inspired by those who wanted more memes in which posters are required to make a start up post.

Have you ever wanted to travel to another planet? Another REALITY? Even if this is something that has never crossed your mind, It's about to happen. For reals. A giant wormhole has opened up beneath you and dropped you elsewhere. You have no choice in what world you're heading to, or even where you'll be landing. Luckily (or unluckily) you'll be dropped near to a resident of the world who will have no choice but to play your tour guide and help you get to know your new home.

How it works

1. Post with your character. In the body include a little bit about where your character is, and what they are currently doing. You can write as little, or as much as you want! Just a simple sentence saying something like [John Doe is sitting in his office at the paper company goofing off and playing call of duty while his boss isn't looking.] is fine, or you could go into more detail and write a paragraph or two describing a key place in your world's canon to really set the scene for incoming tourists.

Do not leave your initial comment blank! Set up a scene, no matter how short.
This text in in bolded bright red so if you leave a blank comment everyone will quietly giggle at you behind you back since you didn't read the instructions.

2. Find someone else who's world you are invading and post dropping in on them. Maybe you just opened a door and found yourself there, maybe you fell into a worm hole. Either way you are not where you were a moment ago.

optional: The wormhole might have handily provided you with the means to blend in to your new environment. If you find yourself hopping out into a school, you might be wearing an appropriate uniform, if you happen to fall out into a swords and sorcery type world you might find yourself sporting plate armor or wizard robes, and if you find yourself on an alien planet... well you might look just like the aliens who live there.

3. Remember that with this sort of meme it's probably best to tag outside of canonmates. But, either way, have fun and try not to kill the tourists!

[ Zidane is by himself, out on the deck of the Prima Vista, the luxury air ship he calls home, though it honestly resembles a small floating palace then it does a ship. Technically he's supposed to be polishing the golden rails as they'll be docking in Linblum soon for a big show and the 'Vista just HAS to look her best. However Zidane as ever grew bored with such mundane chores, even as the city loomed on the horizon, so he took a break from cleaning and instead decided to practice his flips and tumbles on the very rail he was supposed to be polishing. ]

[It's a simple, modern city in America. You happen to be in down town Indianapolis. There's a lot of humans here, and no other types of people. Becca herself is sitting on the railing of a bridge, sketching in a notebook as cars drive past her on the bridge and water flows beneath it.]

*Allen is in what seems to be a futuristic airport at first glance, but looking around reveals it to be practically deserted aside from him. He's sitting in a chair with a box of supplies next to him, looking incredibly bored.*

[ Imagine the dingiest dive of a bar you have ever been to. Now imagine that about a hundred times worse then that, and also abandoned save for one person. That's where Garcia is right now, sitting on one of the only undamaged chairs left, booted feet kicked up on a crumbling table. Oh by the way, this bar? It's in Hell. Like, real Hell.

Garcia is technically here to rescue his girlfriend from the king of demons, he's just taking a brief break to regain his energy and heal his wounds. Because in hell the booze doesn't destroy your liver. It actually unkills you. The quickest way to recovery here is totally a bottle of tequila. For reals. ]

[Here, Allen, have one (1) TVKworth appearing in a split-second burst of cold, royal blue "flame". He staggers for a moment as he regains his balance, then stands up straight and looks around... only for his eyes to go wide as he quickly realizes that this is far too futuristic a locale to be found in either his own world or Prospero's.

He does, however, eventually spy that familiar face...]

The hour was late; most of the agents had gone home—even the mothers—and the only sound to be heard was the footfalls of the janitors making their rounds, ensuring that all was secure and quiet in the Circus's Cambridge headquarters.

The desk lamp still burned in George Smiley's office, however; he was surrounded by folders and files, perusing page after page of information. The photograph of Karla on his wall almost seemed to be considering him with a vague amusement, as if wondering when he would go home.

[It's an amazingly hot, bright desert. Two suns stand high in the cloudless sky. A hot breeze laden with grains of sand pulls moisture from your eyes and mouth. Sand dunes roll away in every direction, distorted by rippling heat; way off in one direction there's rocky terrain.

A resigned-looking kid with a hat to shade his eyes is in the saddle of a horse-tall lizard creature.]

Congratulations lucky tourist. You are probably going to drop in on one of the only trolls on Alternia who will not immediately try to cull your ass for popping in uninvited. ]

I know nothing more than you do concerning how this happened. The Dark Hour was just about to begin...

Where is this?

[ The world that the beast with the pyramid shaped helm inhabits is the 'Other World' and it looks very much like you own world... if it had fallen to decay and was caked in grime and bloodstains. Ninety percent of the doors have broken locks and the ones that aren't broken are still locked any you have to go to ridiculous lengths to find a key. The Health Drinks and First Aid Kits are plentiful at least. ]

((ooc: please tell me if you want the survival horror special where pyramid head is OUT TO GET YOU... or if you want him actually being a tour guide iddk.))

Chromia is outside the Ark trying to get away from the base wide prank war that has broken out, and is just looking for some quiet to relax in for a bit. She thinks Earth is such a lovely planet, so why not spend some time outside? As a bonus she gets away from all the crazy the twins have unleashed...

.... Granted... she has yet to notice the bumper-sticker plastered to her aft... [[Keep honking, I'm reloading!]]

[They say Desire lives in the heart and it is all too true here. Here in the domain of Desire, resting in the realm of twilight, a domain made exactly in the likeness of itself. Veins that tunnel for years, a heart the size of several ballrooms several times over.

[ Red wasn't actually certain how he'd managed to find himself in a desert considering he was basically a hermit who lived by himself in a cave on top of a mountain... but he was here now. All he could do was walk and hope he could find someone. Luckily he found himself in garb seemingly appropriate for desert travel, his red cap and pokeball belt thankfully remaining intact.

The first person he cam across was some kid riding a pokemon he'd never seen before, he looked up, eyes locking with his. In his world there was only one outcome to two trainers who made eye contact in the wild.

Red reached for his belt, plucking one of the pokeballs off of it and held it out. A silent offer of battle that anyone from his world would probably understand in an instant... buuut just might confuse this other person. ]

Much. *He grins.* Have you food, my Lady Lord?

[ So yep, Red is just chilling in his cave on top of Mount Silver like the unsocial hermit he is. He's taking a small break from training though and is currently roasting some wieners over a campfire. Yummy. ]

[ Loki has settled himself just outside of the city walls. He knew better than to venture too far-- not that he wouldn't, but on a day like this it seemed quite a bad idea. Instead he was content to sprawl his legs out ahead of him, heavy tomb settled in his lap. A book from the royal library, old and dusty enough to get most to not bother him while he read. Flipping the page he scrunched his nose up a bit at the elegant scrawl. That was something he'd have to learn... ]

[ Careful Loki, there is a child around your age felling out of a small hole that opened up in the sky. He does begin to glow blue... which doesn't do a darn thing to slow him down, but that's not how his powers work. He crashes lands about two seconds later about a dozen feet away from the other boy and sits up another second later, a slightly dazed expression on his face, still glowing, and possessing not a scratch on him. ]

Whoa...

[Luke had the power to sense intent, but since he wasn't at all trained in it, he didn't think about it much. He blinked and stopped the dewback with a heel touch. The colored sphere didn't look like a weapon, so he didn't draw his rifle.]

...Um. Hi? What is that? Are you lost? It's a long way from Anchorhead. We're on Lars property.

[ This was... quite a surprise. He never really saw the comings or goings of anything that did not travel along the Bifrost. Hemidall would no doubt be watching to see if this other boy was a threat. The blue, however, has him wary and he shifts back a bit. Closing his tomb and watching with those large eyes. ]

Where do you hail fro stranger?

[He was pretty sure that going through an inter dimensional portal had not been on his roster of duties this morning, so when he exited the elevator that normally took him to his office at S.H.I.E.L.D., this was not the outcome that was expected. Instead of the long hallways filled with junior agents and offices, he was looking at a child sitting on the floor with an extremely large book.]

Huh.

[ Luckily the only thing Kotetsu usually is a danger to is unbroken dinnerware, much to his mother's ire. ]

Uh, Oriental Town? It's just outside of Sternbild...

[ And after he finished a broken bones check and take a quick look around... he's kinda guessing he's no where near there anymore. ]
