[Rock Lee is utterly exhausted when he approaches Mikasa's pillow fort. He bears the scars of an intense pillow fight- there's fluff and feathers all over him.

As he nears the entrance, he drops to his knees and shouts upwards. To the pillow fort's owner? To some deity? Who can tell?]

Please! I come in peace! Please... grant me sanctuary!

[ Mikasa likes to believe her fort is one of the best built and best fortified--she even put in some chairs for support. Her stack of pillows is piled high, because very few have actually approached. She's wondering if she ought to improve the ceiling when Rock Lee approaches with war wounds.

...well, she can't ignore a plea, can she?

She flips a pillow to the side and peers out. ] Do you have any extra ammunition?

[ Because it's good to stockpile, and allies are even better. ]

[Lee looks up hopefully towards the woman. Ah, an offering! Good thing he did not exhaust all of his ammunition during the battle.]

Yes, I do! [He hoists his backpack and opens it up, revealing a number of pillows stuffed into it.] If you give me shelter, I will give you half... no, three-quarters of my stock!! [Lee that is not how you haggle.}

[ She taps the side of her cheek in consideration. No, that's definitely not how you haggle. But three-fourths is very generous, even tempting...

However, she has other ideas. ] If you give all of it to me, you can be sheltered indefinitely until there's a cease-fire. [ Something bounces off the side and she leans forward. ] What do you think?

Hm... [He looks up in scrutiny.]

I have just met you. But...

I trust you wholeheartedly! However, I would like to name one more condition: may I keep one pillow for my personal use?!

[ Mikasa blinks. Someone agreeing so readily to her terms? That almost never happens. She's too used to playing stubborn and withholding her hand until she gets exactly what she wants, provided the other party didn't throw their hands up and march away in exasperation. His request isn't even a true compromise. One pillow? ]

That condition is fine.

[ The large sofa pillow that served as the entrance is moved away, and she sticks out her hand to finalise their deal.

Though behind her back, she grips a small cushion. Just in case this suddenly goes wrong. ]

[Probably asleep inside, tbh]

[Rock Lee feels like he is getting off with a bargain here. He heaves his backpack into the ground between them. Tnen he steps forward with his arms raised. There isna bulge in the midsection of his outfit where his personal pillow, a small cushion, is stored.]

Thank you so much! I will try my best not to be a nuisance...

[With a blizzard about to hit Manhattan, Bekkah is wasting no time in securing her movie-watching fortress of solitude. Made by dragging all the pillows and blankets from the entire apartment into the living room.]

[ Pillow forts? OH, MAKO. Although, she's not gonna lie, that does look... really fun. It could use some touch-ups, however. ]

Hey. [ Ryuko peeks inside with two more pillows under her arms. ] Got room for one more?

... [ Oops, sorry Senketsu. ] Well, two more?

"Cas?"

Sam dropped the key on the table by the bed, surveying the rather remarkable change to the room and reflecting that it was probably a good thing Dean had.. other plans for the night.

The entire room was shifted around, a massive fort of blankets and pillows taking up most of the space in the room.

With a faint grin, Sam crawls into the fort, peering inside the warm fort. "Hey Cas. Can I come in?"

I think, maybe, this thing is getting away from us.

[First, the pillow fort had started out simple. Just a few chairs and a big sheet for structure. Then, slowly, more pillows had been added for a comfortable floor, and then some blankets for both ends to make fancy tent flaps, and now Fortescue is hooking twinkling lights over the interior top that she'd found in a closet.

Grinning, she flops down onto her back to take a look at their (now sparkling) work.]

But I'm not complaining.
