[ Tony absolutely is not fond of Gene when he's all sleepy and rumpled. He absolutely is not. He's also not fond of Gene getting in his way when he's working on tech.

This time, however, he really is in the way a bit. ]

Uuuuuugh, [Gene says, leaning his head back and rolling his eyes. He's not rolling his eyes at the fact that Tony's hands are in his hair - far from it - but rewiring the suit means a ton of lost nights, which means less time with Tony that isn't this.]

[ Things that are cute: rolling around with your best friend in bed and falling asleep together afterward. Things that are not so cute: waking up at one in the morning with his arm a steel band around your ribs as he plays the big spoon. Wriggling doesn't do much, so Verity tips her head back and blows in his face to try and wake him up just enough to let her go. ]

Nngh, Loki. God damn... god. [ Muttering under her breath, it's a moment more before she gets a hand free to give his arm a few smart smacks. ] Loki, roll over.

[ It's like sleeping with a bear. He's so heavy, holy shit. It's easily forgotten, what with the care he usually takes, but when he's unconscious it really does become apparent and Verity doesn't want to die being suffocated by the guy she just banged. She has some dignity. ]

[With Sakuya out sick as she was, Meiling had stepped up to take over for her until the maid was better. It wasn't as if she had never done the job before but it had been so long.. There had been a few mistakes here and there, and a slight worry that the gate being left unguarded would mean the ones who would not attempt to break through would but it was quiet.

At some point though, they ended up like this. Meiling wasn't about to wake Remilia unless needed. Just the idea of Sakuya being sick and not being able to be around was probably worrying her as much as it did the rest of the household. For now though, She'd try and keep the sleep as peaceful as she could.]
