He follows behind Fenris as close as he dares, not expecting the elf to manage very far looking like that, and it turns out to be an accurate prediction as a moment later Fenris drops to his knees.]

[Anders ventures a few steps closer, concerned despite his open dislike of the elf usually. He doesn't actually enjoy seeing people in distress, and Fenris is very clearly experiencing that for all he's stubbornly trying to prove otherwise. It's frustrating that he won't let Anders close enough to help as well.]
