Sharon takes the razor, then hesitates. She takes another breath to steel herself, then starts shaving, so careful that most of her SHIELD teachers would have been surprised. She shaves close to his face at first before using the wet cloth to wipe everything away, then cutting closer, all the way to the skin.

She's even more careful with his neck and jaw. Despite her care, she still spots a cut on his jaw and curses as she presses the towel to it. Again, she's tempted to cry, and she closes her eyes and takes several deep breaths before she goes back to shaving him, moving bit by bit across his face.
