It might be true but planning for trouble like that just seems to be inviting it. In general there haven't been too many occurrences of criminals targeting Ms Agnes personally for the same reasons the heroes themselves - even Barnaby - rarely get personally targeted. Unless it's a very powerful individual like Jake or Maverick it just doesn't happen.
