After making the connections that this city was the Ophelia Dome and that the rest of it was as deserted as it looked, Loki didn't bother hiding his displeasure that this stuttering fool of a man was his only companion within walking distance. This was just as bad as locking himself in his room, except his prison was extended to a large deserted city, and he clearly dismissed Vincent's existence....
