[He's still frowning, frustrated by the feeling he's just not making himself clear (rather than that maybe she's avoiding the point). He's not as articulate as Barnaby and it's troublesome when he can't seem to express himself well enough to make a point. Reaching out Keith catches her hand, as if the physical connection will somehow help make his meaning clear.

You're right. It's not special. Everyone can get hurt. And everyone needs to lean on other people sometimes. There's nothing wrong with that.

[His cheeks flush red suddenly and he has to look down at the table shyly before continuing in a quieter voice-]

You could lean on me if you want. I wouldn't mind.
