"It's actually weirder seeing how much hasn't change," he admits quietly.

"When you're there, you see all the little pieces shift and change. The anchors stay the same, the places, but you're part of the ecosystem. Seeing things and thinking 'it's just like old times'...

"It just reminds me of all the details I missed, the things I don't know anymore because it's not 'home'."
