The place you live now has a sex-friendly, sex-positive culture. Sex is a social activity often used to strengthen bonds and it's no big deal to discuss or indulge openly. It's always been this way — your character has grown up accordingly so there's no excuse for blushy blushy inhibitions. General physical affection that doesn't necessarily end in sex is also very highly encouraged and thought to better one's well being.

[They'd been in the safe house for all of half a day, and Sherry was already starting to feel the restlessness that she had known would come, so at the moment she was pacing slowly through the quiet rooms, listening to the sounds of the traffic passing outside, and the distant chatter of the guards in the apartment below them watching the doors.]

[It was necessary, she knew it was really, more people were hunting Jake for his fancy blood, and she'd volunteered to keep an eye on him while Chris and the others tracked the terrorists down. [Sitting and waiting wasn't much of Jake's thing either. He'd been taking care of himself for as long as he could remember, he didn't need people protecting him just because they were now aware of him. He'd rather be out and knocking down the assholes after him himself, but his blood was a commodity now, something that made him grimace every time he thought about it. The world couldn't risk it being shed all over the place, or him getting killed. But holy hell he was going out of his goddamn mind.

He was starting to think Redfield had assigned Sherry here because it was about the only thing that could get Jake to cooperate. And if he had, he was right. She was the only thing that kept him from making an escape attempt out of his own protection service, but even then he was hoping that the eventual boredom might make her change her mind.

He's sitting on one of the beds, messing around with a pad of paper when Sherry walks in, eyes lifting to focus on her. He doesn't need to hear her admission, but it's still a satisfying victory nonetheless, with how adamant she'd been before.]

Hey, you lasted longer than I thought you would. [A grin curls his mouth, the usual cocky, confident look he wears. He shifts, tossing the pad down and swinging his legs over the side of the bed.] This mean we can break out of here now?

[Minako is normally good at games and the like. In retrospect, challenging Hades to a game of scrabble was probably a bad idea. That whole thing with him having been around a lot longer and thus really- Having a better grip on language than she does. She can't call it unfair either, considering she was the one who somehow got him to agree to play with her.

She sighs heavily, and then brushes some hair away from her face. This is more difficult than she thought it would be.

Glancing at her opponent, she looks back to the words on the board. Seriously, she is in a predicament. She's glad she didn't bet anything on this. Because she's losing horribly. This is a complete failure. Though maybe...
