Jack gave a soft "ahh" and nodded, thinking he understood the situation, where in fact what he pictured as Rapunzel's mother merely being out on a supply run was much less the actual story.

He found a cover panel and popped it off with a practiced movement, setting it on the floor. Then he hoisted his upper body into the narrow space behind it, reaching up for one of the junction boxes inside that he would need to reset; he obviously knew this ship extensively.
