[Well, hey, Steve's forgotten the microwave at this point. It can always be stolen back.

His eyebrows draw down the tiniest bit, and gives a shrug so slight it almost isn't there.]


After high school and before the war, I thought about making a career of it. Nothing that would have put me in a museum or made me famous or anything. Guess that didn't make it into the history books.

[And why would it have? The only guy who really knew that about him was Bucky, and Bucky was gone before he'd gone into the ice.]

You can leave that out. And the suggestions, actually. Nightclubs and bars sound like torture. Shows on Broadway, you might be able to convince me are a good idea once in a while. [Money allowing.]
