The kiss was appreciated, and in it's own way helped reaffirm Neptune's determination to escape. With a surge of strength in her lithe body, the blue-haired woman bounded from the trap in perfect unison with her partner.

Her head immediately began to clear as soon as they left the trapping field. Neptune couldn't help but let a sigh of relief escape her lips. Whatever pleasantries were enjoyed due to the trap, they were best experienced under less dire circumstances.

"It appears that way. Some creatures are hopelessly stubborn like that." Neptune agreed, getting into a stance. "And I agree, clean up would definitely be the most appropriate course of action in this circumstance, Uranus!"

Eliminating any trace of this near-defeat was right up her alley. "Although, this plant absorbed my power when I struck at it earlier so it might not be as easy as all that, I'm afraid." Neptune thought for a moment. "Perhaps what I suggested before...a combined strike with our powers. Such strength might overwhelm whatever defenses it has."
