[Suddenly, he can move his neck, lean forward slightly, flex his hands and move his arms... to a degree. His legs are still locked in place. Any exhilaration he may have felt at gaining some small amount of freedom is quickly snuffed when he realizes this is the answer to what he's supposed to do.

As she presses closer he exhales shakily against her mouth and gathers his resolve. He'll do it.

But it's not going to be gentle--she's blasted through all of his usual good nature. When he kisses back it's hard, forceful with just a little bit of teeth. It's the closest thing he can get to a fight, but between his own caution and the mental blocks she still has placed on him, the attempt at aggression rings hollow. At best, maybe it will provide the challenge she's looking for.]
