[They were fighting again. It seemed to be an endless cycle ever since Loki had arrived, arm-in-arm with his intended husband-to-be. They had tried to keep up appearances the first few days or rather Thor had tried desperately to keep the peace between them, but eventually they began to argue in public instead of behind closed doors. Heated arguments downward spiraled into raging fights between the two of them. Well, Loki did most of the fighting. Or rather, he'd hiss and rage and throw furniture at Thor, only to have the flimsy wooden furniture break apart when it hit the god. It was an arranged marriage. A badly arranged marriage that would ensure a long alliance between Asgard and Jotunheim.

And neither Loki nor Thor seemed pleased with the arrangement. Thor tried honorably to hold up his end, but they were too opposite. It was like marrying the sun with the moon.

The loud sounds of things being thrown, breaking against the walls, and Loki's loud voice mixed with Thor's own booming voice. Until finally, the blue skinned Jotun jerked the door open and slammed it shut hard enough to shake the very foundation of the tower. Stomping off, he made his way towards Tony's bar to pour himself a drink, still muttering under his breath.
