Why can't you go look up the research? Or back to my previous complaint, a firing range, like a man with common sense?

Because no one has done this sort of research, and because none of the firing ranges in the city will have me after the fresh fruit incident last year.

Thad was just trying to relax. After his day, he just wanted to lay back and rest a little. But all that noise from next door was not cooperating. Letting out a slightly annoyed huff, the blond speedster got up and went next door to investigate just who these new neighbors were. Sure, he could have just used some of his technology to spy but he was trying to stop doing the 'evil' stuff. Peeking into the open door from the hallway, he looked around.

"Hello?"

It was Loki's lucky day! Sheogorath was his new neighbor. Of course he may not know that. After all the man looked rather unassuming if a bit strangely dressed. He was doing all of the box-carrying himself which some might consider difficult for a man appearing to be a bit on the older side of things.
